Raising Cane’s reveals grand opening date for its first Metro Detroit location

CANTON, MI - One of the more popular chicken chains in the country is about to open its first restaurant in Metro Detroit.

Raising Cane’s has revealed the Grand Opening of its Canton location will be Tuesday, February 4. The restaurant will be at 44218 Ford Road.

Its first Ann Arbor location is scheduled to open on Tuesday, April 15 at 1116 South University Avenue.

Michigan’s first Raising Cane’s is located in East Lansing at 301 East Grand River Avenue.

The restaurant’s menu is small and simple. The chain serves chicken fingers and chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, sweet tea and Cane sauce.

Raising Cane’s has been expanding fast. The chain, which has around 800 locations nationwide, opened 118 new restaurants all over the country in 2024.
